Each of the 13 awards is rooted in a rigorous selection process and covers all facets of leadership across age groups, industries, and levels of management. Accenture 'Vaahini' Equality Champion of the Year Award

The award honours and celebrates those individuals or leaders who have made significant, innovative and cumulatively outstanding contributions to enhance the practices of equality and diversity in the community.

Beyond Business of The Year

The award will recognise and honour the leader who has revolutionised the way social initiatives are delivered and has contributed to the welfare of the society.

Brand and Marketing Leader of the Year

This award will recognise an individual who has excelled in the creation of strategies and creative execution of campaigns resulting in revenue growth for the organisation.

Business Leader of the Year

A leader who has made exemplary strides in her career while helping build an ecosystem of kindred spirits. The award will recognise and celebrate those business achievements and professional qualities of an individual that has helped progress her career and business ideas and built a support network of like-minded people to learn, grow and connect with.

Emerging Entrepreneur of The Year

A business owner or founder who has set a new industry benchmark by adopting an effective and innovative business model.

Emerging Leader of the year

A young professional who has exhibited strong leadership qualities and made a strong impact on her organisation and industry.

Finance Leader of The Year

The category award will be conferred to someone who has delivered real value – with tangible business results – to a company. Jury will look at projects and achievements, along with examples of best practice, leadership, ROI generated, and alignment to business goals.

Global Indian of The Year

The award will acknowledge a woman leader who has embraced a global perspective and promoted the growth of international business. The awardee should have experience spanning across diverse cultures and must have had a strong commercial impact by leveraging opportunities across countries and regions.

HR Leader of The Year

This award will recognise an individual who has the ability to inspire, excite, create strong values, and engage with the workforce and at the same time has made an impact on the organisation, business, people along with the larger HR community and industry.

Lifetime Achievement

A stalwart who has made significant contributions to her industry through outstanding leadership. The recipient of the award will have demonstrated originality, vision, and breadth of achievements over the course of her professional life.

Technology Leader of The Year

This award will recognise an individual who has the right blend of technical skills, aptitude, and creativity, and has found solutions to technological problems hampering an organisation’s overall growth.

Operations Leader of The Year

The Award category recognizes and celebrates an individual’s performance, who is the driving force of an organization’s administrative, operations or supply chain functions. The award is to acknowledge outstanding contributions by a staff member to the advancement of operational excellence of an organization.

Entrepreneur of The Year

The award will be given to recognize and celebrate the unstoppable entrepreneur who is reframing the future. Entrepreneur of The Year will be someone who has the art or science of innovation and risk-taking ability for profit in business.

Women leaders and managers with mid-to-senior level corporate tenures can apply for ETPWLA 2021. All the entries must be submitted online.

You may either nominate yourself or any other achiever, including friends and colleagues, in any number of categories. You can nominate as many women leaders/managers as you like. Please note that only completed applications will be considered for evaluation.
