Rushing Through Legislation On The Use Of E-Scooters Endangers Disabled Pedestrians

More needs to be done to understand the unique risks the increased use of e-scooters in urban environments over the last few years poses to disabled pedestrians. If planned legislation is rushed through without more rigorous checks, then more avoidable injuries and even deaths are inevitable.
