Apparently, the new spicy sauce doesn't have an utter-able name because, according to Popeyes, it's "so good, there are no words."
They don't seem to describe the sauce anywhere but it appears to be a bright, almost neon orange sauce.
While the name makes asking for it a bit difficult, you might try referring to it as the "new Boneless Wing Bash sauce."
