Registration Certificate of the bike, a valid Insurance Policy, PUC certificate and driving licence are the documents you must have, either original or copies attested by a Gazetted officer. You can also produce these documents on your DigiLocker mobile app.
Ideally, you should not be riding during foggy conditions. If unavoidable, ensure you are riding within speed limits of 5 to 10 km per hour, and use indicators well and fog lights.
When you are riding in the hills, you can ensure safety by riding slowly and applying brakes cautiously.
