FreeStyle Pass New York

New York Pass

The New York Pass includes entry into MoMA and MoMA PS1 as well as entry into over 80 other attractions during a select number of days. The Pass also offers discounts on dining, shopping, and Broadway show tickets.

New York Explorer Pass

Choose from three, five, seven, or ten attractions with the New York Explorer Pass. Visit multiple top New York sights and save up to 45% on museums, tours, and activities.

The Sightseeing Pass

Experience Sightseeing Pass in New York City and save up to 50% on regular admission prices. With the Unlimited Sightseeing Pass, visit as many of the 90 attractions as you’d like for a select number of days and get a hop-on, hop-off bus ticket to match your pass duration. With the FLEX Pass, visit a select number of attractions over a 30-day period.

Discount for visitors with disabilities

Visitors with disabilities receive a discounted admission of $18.
Admission is free for a caregiver accompanying a visitor with a disability.

Special membership offer for MoMA visitors

Apply the full price of your admission ticket toward a new MoMA membership! Just present your MoMA admission ticket within seven days of your visit at the lobby Member Services desk or at the MoMA stores. If you’re unable to present your ticket in person, please call (888) 999-8861 during regular business hours for assistance. Limit one ticket per cardholder.

NYC Healthcare Workers

In recognition of the heroic work of New York City’s healthcare professionals during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, the Museum welcomes healthcare professionals who work in New York City’s five boroughs with free daily admission from Oct 1, 2020, through Sep 30, 2021, made possible by the MoMA’s longstanding partner UNIQLO. To receive a complimentary ticket, and purchase companions’ tickets, if needed, check in at the ticketing desk onsite; advance timed-entry tickets are not required.

New York City healthcare workers also receive 10% off purchases at the Museum Store and MoMA Design Stores in Midtown and Soho. Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or member discount. Excludes purchases of memberships, gift cards, prior purchases and select products. Promotion is not valid on store.moma.org. Exclusions subject to change.


Free admission for NYC’s healthcare workers, from Oct 1, 2020 through Sep 30, 2021, is made possible by UNIQLO, MoMA’s proud partner since 2013.

Children 16 and under are always free at MoMA

Advance timed tickets must be reserved online. Free admission does not apply to children in groups.

Select colleges and universities

Current CUNY faculty, staff, and students receive free admission from October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021. To receive a complimentary ticket, and purchase companions’ tickets if needed, check in at the Ticketing Desk onsite with a valid ID; advance timed-entry tickets are not required.

Students currently enrolled full-time at the following schools receive one free admission per MoMA visit with valid college ID at the Ticketing Desk. Free admission is not available to staff.*

Staff of other museums

Staff and Volunteers with valid museum staff ID from other museums receive free admission for themselves and one guest (including volunteers, interns and educators from museum-affiliated schools). Tickets are available at the Ticketing Desk. Staff from sites and monuments do not receive free admission.

American Association of Museums (AAM)

MoMA offers two free admissions to AAM members with current AAM cards. Tickets are available at the Ticketing Desk. Photo ID required.

International Council of Museums (ICOM)

MoMA offers two free admissions to ICOM members with current ICOM cards. Tickets are available at the Ticketing Desk. Photo ID required. Please note, MoMA does not offer free or discounted admission to ICOMOS card holders.

MoMA offers one free admission to active members of the US military with valid ID as well as free admission for military families with dependent cards. Tickets are available at the Ticketing Desk.

United Nations

Current New York based permanent UN staff members are eligible to receive one free admission. This policy does not apply to holders of the UN spouse card, UN contract employees, UN freelancers or students and faculty members of the UN school. Valid Identification may be requested. Tickets are available at the Ticketing Desk.
