As a result of interruptions stemming from COVID-19, there may be delays in, among other things:

- Fulfillment of inventory orders; 

- Transit times with shipping carriers; and/or

-  Customs clearance for international orders due to the quarantining of packages for 3 days prior to final delivery. 

The partners we use to power the store are taking all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of their employees, while working around the clock to continue the production and fulfillment of orders. Facilities are practicing social distancing, working with smaller crew sizes, and taking extra sanitation measures with product and equipment. Shipping carriers like UPS, DHL, and USPS are experiencing a sizable strain on their services.
