Crime Stoppers is an anonymous telephone tip line. Information about criminal activity is received and transferred to law enforcement for immediate action.

The men and women of this department are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for the thousands of students, faculty, staff and visitors that are on campus each day. But we recognize that we cannot do that alone - all members of the KU community should share in that commitment.

This website contains practical information that can protect you from becoming a victim of a crime, help you recognize and report suspicious activity, and guide you in the event of an emergency. Please take some time to browse the website.

Campus Lost & Found

The KU Public Safety Office Lost & Found is the central one for the KU campus. Lost items are stored for 90 days. After that period, they are disposed of or donated to charity.
