    Happy birthday to Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, born in 1904! Best-known for co-starring in 'Wings' (1927), the first film to win Best Picture--he also came to the Library in 1983 for the opening of our Mary Pickford Theater! (He's in the white jacket):
