Cody Sanford served as T-Mobile’s EVP, CIO, and Chief Product Officer until April 2021, leading the company’s digital transformation strategy fueling the Un-carrier revolution. He spearheaded the development of a product-centric technology organization that today leverages the power of people, process, and technology to bring to life T-Mobile’s innovative experiences for customers and frontline employees. Under Cody’s leadership, the Product & Technology organization drove T-Mobile's digital transformation, with an industry-leading software dev shop, expansion into adjacent products and services categories, and a leadership role in delivering open source innovations that solve large customer pain points.

James Kirby serves as Senior Vice President of T-Mobile’s industry-redefining T-Mobile for Business (B2B) division. In this role, James is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and sales execution for T-Mobile’s nationwide B2B salesforce, which includes enterprise, government, education, multi-national, and small to medium-sized business segments. James joined the Un-carrier in 2007, holding various senior leadership roles including Vice President of the National Retail division and multiple Director roles across the company. Prior to T-Mobile, he worked for Frito-Lay INC/PepsiCo. Although now a Pacific Northwest convert at T-Mobile’s headquarters in Bellevue, WA., James is a proud Dallas native and a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Mike Katz serves as Executive Vice President of T-Mobile’s rapidly growing T-Mobile for Business (B2B) division, leading the sales, operations, IoT, and wholesale organizations. Mike began his 20 year career at T-Mobile on the front line, working in the third-party distribution/sales organization. He has held various senior leadership roles at T-Mobile, including leading all brand and acquisition marketing activities. Mike is one of the architects of the “Un-carrier” revolution, the radical change and relaunch of T-Mobile’s brand and value proposition. In 2017, Mike was recognized as one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s top 40 business leaders under 40 in the Seattle area. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colorado State University. When he’s not working to empower T-Mobile’s business customers, he and his wife are often on the sidelines of soggy Seattle sports fields cheering on their four kids.
