Attacks include suicide bombings, stabbings and shooting attacks perpetrated in Israeli population centers and on buses; stone throwing at cars and people; and Palestinian armed organizations firing rockets and mortar shells from the Gaza Strip. Deliberate targeting of civilians subverts all human, moral and legal norms.
