Investors in People Accreditation

At UGLE, we are very proud to have been awarded Investors in People, standard accreditation. Investors in People is the standard for people management and UGLE has been accredited at ‘Developed Level’ until 2021, which is based on a tried and tested framework and a rigorous process of assessment.

Work has been ongoing since 2018 to implement a number of strategies to improve communication and consistency in the way people are led, managed and developed at UGLE. In part, accreditation has been awarded as a result of a wholesale restructure at UGLE centred on delivering for its members, alongside new organisational values, appraisal system and pay structure, recognition and reward scheme and improved internal communications.
