IT Prioritization Plan
Our FY2018 IT Prioritization Plan was created by KU IT leadership and staff to align our efforts with the University’s mission and strategy. This plan will guide our decisions in directing efforts and allocating resources over the next 12-18 months.
Our success in serving our customers and supporting KU’s mission is assured when all KU IT staff are engaged, and we hold each other accountable for aligning our efforts with the right strategy. This IT Prioritization Plan provides a common playbook for our organization, and will help us be more disciplined in our decision-making. We will evaluate ideas and requests for new services and projects using the Priorities, Goals, Objectives and Activities in the IT Priorities Plan.
Strategic planning is an on-going process, and we will continue to update the plan in a deliberate and thoughtful way as technology, financial and strategic landscapes change.
