We have been living through unprecedented times. To the many current and new members we have spoken to – to those we have had the pleasure of seeing at our virtual experiences, and to those who are on the front lines – we thank you for your spirit of community and optimism in the face of so much uncertainty. As states begin to reopen, we are opening the registration for our experiences taking place later this year.

While the current circumstances regarding COVID-19 are continually changing in regions across the country, we are carefully tracking the most up-to-date guidance in order to provide safe and unforgettable experiences for all guests. If the event is canceled because of COVID-19, guests may either transfer their credit to another experience or receive a refund in full for the experience.

The health and safety of our guests, partners, and staff is of the utmost importance, and we will continue to closely monitor the situation in the regions where we host our experiences.
