- Virtual Gallery Tours, prepared by our wonderful Graduate Guides, of our major galleries and exhibitions (currently in preparation). These 45-minute, pre-recorded tours can be paired with a live Q&A with the guide.
- Robust Digital Collections of Penn Museum objects, archival photographs and documents, archival films, public lectures, and digital exhibits.
- Support for Digital Curation using Penn Museum collections, to create a full Omeka digital exhibit or other digital humanities products like Neatline.
- Collections Study Room “Studio Time” for filming your own course content with accessioned objects.
- OBL Small-Group Sessions to foster engagement with collections. Academic Engagement staff can lead small groups of students through the process of ‘deep looking’ at an object from the collection. We can also train TAs to lead these sessions.
- Impactful Student Projects that enhance our understanding of Penn Museum collections, including translation, digitization, object research, and research on the Museum’s history.
- Digital Daily Digs, short videos on a variety of objects from the collection, prepared by Museum staff and graduate students
- Foreign Language tours and Digital Daily Digs in French, Arabic, and Spanish

The Penn Museum’s collections hold over 1 million objects from across the span of human history up to the present day. Whether your content relates directly to the our collection, or if you’d like to use the Museum as a platform for developing other academic skills, we are glad to work with Penn faculty to create meaningful experiences that match curricular goals.
