Former All Access Urban/UAC Editor Jerry Boulding was a legend in the radio and music business. Sadly, we lost him on Thanksgiving, 2013 following a short illness.
During his amazing career, Jerry programmed 16 radio stations in markets that include New York, Washington, Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Richmond and Rochester. He was also a program strategist, lecturer and jingle expert.
Among his many accomplishments, Boulding developed "Heart & Soul", the first Urban format for satellite delivery, ran the Black division of MCA Records, co-founded BRE, founded Urban Network Magazine and, most recently, served as the Sr. VP/Entertainment Programming for American Urban Radio Networks.
