The Office of Institutional Opportunity and Access (IOA) is providing remote support due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are fully functional and available to serve KU students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Click the "Staff" tab for our staff contact information. Read our COVID-19 crisis FAQ document (pdf) for more information.
If you need to report an incident of discrimination or harassment, please press the "File a Complaint" button below. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. If it is an emergency, please contact your local police by calling 911.
The IOA staff is available to meet with you by phone, Skype for Business, or Zoom. If your case has already been assigned to an investigator and you know which investigator has been assigned, please feel free to reach out to them directly to schedule a remote meeting. If you are not sure if your case has been assigned to an investigator or you do not know who has been assigned to your case, please email ioa@ku.edu and we will work quickly to connect you to the correct person.
Many resources remain available both on and off campus should you need support measures to remain connected to classes or your job, or to assist in your well-being. IOA staff is available to connect you to the appropriate resources. For a list of some of those resources, please visit the
Sexual Assault Prevention and Education Center.
