Transcripts
Transcript requests are usually processed between one and three business days after the Office of the University Registrar receives the request, unless rush processing-same day service is requested. Rush prcessing-same day transcript requests ordered by 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same day. Transcripts ordered after 12:00 p.m. CST will be available the next business day. You will be notified by email when the transcript has been processed and is available. No orders will be processed when the Office of the University Registrar is closed.
A credit or debit card is required to order a transcript. Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If you do not have one, contact the Office of the University Registrar.
Transcript orders will not be processed for students with financial and other obligations to the University of Kansas.
If you are a current or former KU Medical Center student, you must order transcripts from the Office of the Registrar on the KU Medical Center campus in Kansas City. KU Medical Center website. KUMC Website
CR/NC: If you are considering electing CR/NC for a Fall 2020 course please submit that request and verify it has been completed by viewing your official grade in Enroll & Pay before requesting your transcript request.
Fall 2020 Graduates: Degrees will post to transcripts on Monday, February 2, 2021. If you would like your transcript sent after your degree is posted, please select "After Degree Is Awarded" on the Transcript and Delivery Details page. These orders will be reviewed and processed after degrees are posted.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, pick up service at the KU Visitor Center is not available for transcripts.
