About Board Meetings

Livestream the Board of County Commissioners meetings 

  • Regular board meetings are held on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. 
  • Board briefings are held on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. 

The health and safety of our community and staff members are at the forefront of our minds as we navigate county business in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In accordance with the Chair’s Declaration of Emergency, the rules associated with Board of County Commissioner meetings have been temporarily altered as necessary measures to align with local and state social distancing guidance.

Watch or Listen to Board Meetings

The Board of County Commissioners considers items to be voted on at their regular meetings on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. Briefings are held on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. Board meetings can be viewed by the public on the Multnomah County Board YouTube channel. Members of the public can livestream board meetings on an electronic device or listen to the meetings by calling in by phone. 

Visit the Board Clerks' website to find instructions on calling in, watch past board meetings or access meeting minutes and agendas. A recording of each board meeting will be available on the Board Clerk’s website within 48 hours following the end of the meeting.

Public Comment

Please use the virtual public testimony form to sign up to testify or to submit written testimony on agenda and non-agenda items.

Public comment on non-agenda items will be heard at the beginning of Thursday board meetings. Comments on agenda items are heard before the Board votes on that item.

The deadline to sign up for the next scheduled Thursday Board meeting is Wednesday at 4 p.m.
