    Cost

If you’re covered by the Oregon Health Plan, there’s no charge for dental services which are part of your routine benefits. Not all dental services are available at our clinics.

If you’re not insured, you will be asked to pay an out-of-pocket fee based on your family size and income when you check in. We can also help you apply for insurance»

If you're not eligible for the Oregon Health Plan, you can meet with our eligibility staff to see if you qualify for a discount.

    Languages

Many clinics have staff members that speak languages other than English. Please let us know if you need an interpreter for your visit.

    Children

You are expected to remain in the waiting room while your child is being treated.

If your child is under 15, a parent or legal guardian must be present for your child’s exam visits. This is when we need you there to make decisions regarding your child’s oral healthcare.

For all other dental visits, the parent or legal guardian may give permission to a person over the age of 18 to bring your child. Please ask the front desk for a Caregiver Designation Form (64.7 KB).
