Faculty and Staff Resources

The Faculty and Staff Enhancement Program evolved from a commitment to provide professional opportunities for faculty and staff at the University of Kansas School of Nursing. It is a KU School of Nursing strategic action to support the professional growth of our faculty and staff.

The Enhancement Program has three main components:

• Professional Development & Mentoring
• Publication & Editorial Support
• Cultural Enrichment

The Faculty and Staff Enhancement Program is supported through non-state revenues generated from clinical and research initiatives.
