Student Data Request

University employees (faculty, staff, student employees) requesting  access to student records, data or information in any form during the course of conducting University business may make their request by emailing: studentrecords@ku.edu. Decisions regarding the release of information are governed by the Student Records Policy. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your request to be processed.

If you are not a University employee please review The Kansas Open Records Act information page to submit your request for information.

This is not intended for requesting a copy of your own student record. The Office of the University Registrar provides several self-service (Enroll & Pay or MyKU Portal) options to view your record, or you can order specific documents such as an enrollment certificate or official transcript depending on your needs.
