Event Room Reservation Request
This is the form used to request a room reservation for an event in a centrally scheduled classroom. Please note, this is only an event reservation request. Course and Room Scheduling will e-mail a room reservation confirmation to those noted on the form when approved.
Effective immediately, all in-person events at KU must be registered through the Office of Event Management and Protocol via our event request form. For their purposes, an event includes any gathering that is not 1) an academic class within the university curriculum or 2) a school/department internal meeting for business purposes.
