Adobe Sign provides a secure way to electronically obtain signatures from parties external to KU.

Digital Signage

KU's Digital Signage solution provides a single campuswide system to support the informational, promotional, branding and emergency broadcast needs of the University, and individual schools and departments.

Enroll & Pay

Enroll & Pay is KU's Student Information System. Enroll online, check your grades, pay tuition, put money on your KU card, and more.

eWaste Recycling

KU’s eWaste recycling service provides a way for obsolete, unused or unwanted electronic equipment or data storage devices to be securely recycled.

Housing Wi-Fi & Cable TV

KU partners with Apogee (ResNet) to provide advanced network services and cable TV to campus residence halls, scholarship halls and on-campus apartments.

HR Pay

The University of Kansas' Human Resource and Payroll System.

KU Card

Use your KU Card to pay for meals, lab printing, check out Library books, and more.

KU Directories

KU provides the following directory services: KU Online Directory, KU People Search, KU Telephone Directory Assistance.

myKU Portal

The myKU portal is a central hub for information and online services at KU. myKU makes it easy for students, faculty and staff to access many of KU's online services all from a single location.

Office 365

Office 365 is a place where KU faculty, staff, researchers and students can come together to collaborate, share ideas and advance knowledge. Office 365 includes SharePoint, which let’s you customize your own spaces for projects, teams and groups using a single dynamic tool. Within Office 365, KU students, faculty and staff have 1TB of free cloud storage via OneDrive for Business and access to online versions of Microsoft Office products through Office 365.

Qless

QLess is a digital customer line management tool that allows customers to get in a line for service and, once in the line, get updates on their position and wait time. Departments and campus offices can work with KU IT to offer Qless to their customers.
