KU Information Technology provides a diverse range of technology support to KU students via the Customer Service Center. Our support staff strive to quickly, courteously and effectively meet your technology needs and facilitate the innovative use of technology in support of learning, scholarship and creative endeavor.
Customer Service Center
The KU IT Customer Service Center provides assistance with general technology questions or where to find additional help. Assistance with data, video and phone services is also available.
Academic break, holidays and other special hours:
Hours may vary on holidays, during breaks and in the summer. Please check IT News & Alerts for special hours. Walk-up support will be closed when Anschutz Library is closed for holidays and academic breaks. Check Anschutz schedule and hours.

KU Student Housing Intenet & Cable TV Support
KU partners with Apogee (ResNet) to provide advanced network services and cable TV to campus residence halls, scholarship halls and on-campus apartments. Apogee provides support 24/7 via email and phone: support@myresnet.com | 855-643-2149.
