TRIA Rink is located on the 5th floor of the new Treasure Island Center located at 400 Wabasha Street North, Saint Paul, MN 55102.

It is simple - select your arrival and estimated departure time, enter your payment information and you will receive a QR code that you can print off or use your phone.
Once you arrive to the facility, you will scan your QR code instead of pull of a ticket, then on your way out, you will scan again.
No need to fumble with validation tickets, or swiping your credit card and waiting.

There is a parking ramp located within the Treasure Island Center which can be accessed on the 6th Street side of the building (21 East 6th Street) entrance "B" or on the Wabasha Street side of the building entrance "C".
TRIA Rink can be accessed directly from level 7 (top deck) of the parking ramp. There is an entrance and drop off area on this level.
There is a 6'3" height limit in the parking ramp. Oversized vehicles can park in the Cedar parking garage entrance "A". This can be accessed on the Cedar Street side of the building. Please note this lot is only open until 10:00 PM. Building elevators can be accessed off this level to reach the TRIA Rink on Level 5.
PARKING RAMP IS AN UNATTENDED RAMP. PARKING METERS ON THE OUTBOUND ACCEPT CREDIT CARD ONLY. CASH PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA KIOSK IN THE PARKING RAMP ELEVATOR LOBBY ON CEDAR STREET OR AT THE ARENA OFFICE IN $2.00 INCREMENTS.

Event rates do apply to the Treasure Island Center Parking Ramp for events at the Palace Theater and Xcel Energy Center. If you prepurchase your parking at the link above, you will receive the discounted rate and not have to pay the posted event rate.

TRIA Rink can be accessed via the top level of the parking ramp (Level 7) with a drop off location with direct entry into the rink.
Via street level, there is a main entrance to the Treasure Island Center on Wabasha Street with public elevators accessing TRIA Rink on the 5th floor of the facility with a curb drop off zone on Wabasha Street.
Please note: Wabasha St. is a one-way street going Westbound.
Treasure Island Center is also accessible via the Saint Paul Skyway System via Skyway Bridge 16 on the 6th Street side and Skyway Bridge 7 via Wells Fargo Place on the Cedar Street Side. Take the public elevators from the skyway (level 3) to Level 5 to access TRIA Rink.
