ICE became the center of global trading in agricultural commodities with its acquisition of the New York Board of Trade in 2007. Today we offer futures and options on the leading softs markets including coffee, cocoa, cotton, sugar and frozen concentrated orange juice, as well as UK feed wheat futures and options, and the leading canola futures contract.
