EAST TAWAS – At the request of Jasmine Tubbs on behalf of the East Tawas Business Association (ETBA), the East Tawas City Council unanimously approved the closure of Newman Street from Lincoln to Bay streets on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.
