Testing is a double-edged sword
28 January 2005 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I'm of two minds in regards to test audience screenings. On one hand they can screw up the writer's script. In the case of Final Destination, however, it did seem to help because the new ending was so very good. I just don't like the idea of having people who might have the combined IQ of a garden variety housefly dictating what any given movie should or should not be. But then again perhaps there are times that a writer needs to learn to divorce one's self from the words that he or she has written. But I digress. I find this featurette interesting enough. This quarter of an hour long featurette can be found on the DVD of "Final Destination" My Grade: C+
