Three candidates are running for Florida House District 29 in Seminole County.
Tracey Kagan, a Democrat, Scott Plakon, a Republican, and Juan Rodríguez, a no-party affiliation candidate, were interviewed by the Orlando Sentinel Editorial Board.
The candidates talked about their priorities, backgrounds and qualifications for the post. Plakon is the incumbent, and narrowly defeated Kagan two years ago.
District 29 covers western Seminole County, including Lake Mary, Heathrow, Longwood, Wekiva Springs and a portion of Sanford.
