Frank Morgan Stevenson was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Golf Drive, according to an alert issued by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday. Stevenson may be suffering from a condition that could impair his judgement.

Hoover police on Wednesday announced the arrest of Darryl Varner. He is charged with second-degree theft of property. Authorities said investigators received a tip about Varner’s identity after details about the theft were circulated on social media.
