DRCC Overview

DRCC utilizes a person centered approach to the services and supports we provide. Through the planning process we utilize a modified Essential Life Style Planning tool to guide in the development of a plan that is meaningful to the people we support. The individual, their family, guardians, friends and case managers meet to discuss and develop a plan that looks to balance what is important to and important for the individual. We remain mindful of health and safety needs while promoting and supporting community inclusion, acknowledging dignity of risk and building natural supports and social relationships.
