CARROLLTON, Ky. (FOX19) - Southbound Interstate 71 has partially reopened just south of the Carrollton exit after a crash involving a semi tractor-trailer blocked it earlier Friday morning, according to Kentucky State Police.
Traffic delays are expected to linger in the area.
No injuries were reported when the crash occurred about 4 a.m., police said.
The cause remains under investigation.
