Museums in Washington DC – 2019 – update

There’s more news about museums.

Smithsonian museums reopen January 29, 2019 (today).

Newseum is leaving its Pennsylvania Avenue site, however “…the Newseum will remain open to the public through 2019” according to its website.

February sees Tudor Place and Heurich House reopen.

There’s a pop-up hip-hop museum at Blind Whino in SW DC, closing February 18, 2019.

No date is yet announced for the Spring re-opening of the International Spy Museum.
