Seize the book at Turning the Page’s new “pop-up” used bookstore in NoMa!

You may know that education nonprofit Turning the Page raises funds through our own used bookstore, Carpe Librum, in downtown D.C. (1030 17th St, NW), but did you know that Carpe Librum started out as a “pop-up” book sale? For twelve years Carpe Librum was an annual, and temporary, event.

Now, we’re bringing the pop-ups back! Our first additional Carpe Librum pop-up will be in D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood and as always, all proceeds will directly benefit Turning the Page and our family engagement programs in D.C. public schools.

Great books, fantastic prices, good cause!
Opening May 11 for a limited time only!
Thousands of never-before-seen donated used books, CDs, and DVDs will line the shelves. This will be a TEMPORARY POP-UP, so shop while you can!
Location: 140 M St, NE
Opening date: Monday, May 11th
Hours: Monday through Friday 11am-7:30pm & Saturdays 11:30am-6pm.
*The first week we will open at 8:30am Monday through Friday!*
Same low prices (everything $1-$4), same great cause! All books, CDs, and DVDs for sale have been donated by the public and donations are accepted right at the pop-up whenever it is open. All proceeds of the pop-up will benefit education nonprofit Turning the Page and our family engagement programs in D.C. public schools.
Thank you to Bozzuto, Flats 130, the NoMa Business Improvement District, and StonebridgeCarras for making this pop-up possible!
