That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we can't help with.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are 2 different entities: wordpress.com/support/com-vs…

Most web browsers only refresh their favicon cache weekly or monthly, and none has a way to force the favicon cache to refresh (last I checked), so it may just be a matter of waiting. :)

1. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
