This is a converted attic in a private home, so there is a shared front entrance with the main house.
The "kitchenette" includes a microwave, toaster oven and a mini-fridge. No stove or hot plate allowed, according to the listing.
The bathroom includes a toilet, a small sink and bathtub (sit down only). There also appears to be a shower head, but you'd have to sit down to "shower."
