I am a lifelong learner and an avid people analyzer, which is why it is not a surprise I specialize in organizational behavior. I have worked as a manager in marketing, engineering, and project management for 23 years in the corporate world before transitioning to teaching as an assistant professor in the MBA program at Franklin Pierce University. I have always enjoyed trying to figure out why people act the way they do, and I have had plenty of opportunities in my career. I love sharing stories with my students and engaging in conversations about reality in the workplace. My goal is to make students think about new and improved ways to enhance the workplace and make it one where it is enjoyable and fun.
