ELEA is continuing to Connect, Develop, and Inspire while our country reacts to the COVID-19 crisis.  First and foremost, we are here, praying for you!  You will find connections and resources through our website, newsletters, Facebook page, Google group, and member access to HR360. 

As a member of CAPE (Council for American Private Education), we are advocating for relief and resources on a national level.  

We understand that each school and early childhood learning program is unique. Collectively we will look for ways to best take care of the administrators, pastors, teachers, and beloved families of our ELCA schools and Early Learning Centers.  Please take advantage of the free resources, below.
