Sexual Misconduct

SMU is committed to preventing and addressing sexual misconduct and to fostering a healthy learning environment based on respect and responsible behavior. Sexual misconduct includes sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, sexual violence, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking and sexual exploitation. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated in our University community.
