    Facebook and Instagram are experiencing technical difficulties today which are affecting both their platform and our plugins. They are working on resolving the issue and service should hopefully be back to normal soon.

    We’re aware that some people are currently having trouble accessing the Facebook family of apps. We’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Last minute reminder: if you're displaying an Instagram Hashtag feed then don't forget to update to the latest version of the plugin and follow the directions to migrate to Instagram's new API. Their old Hashtag API will be deprecated tomorrow!

    Due to Facebook API changes it's now required that you use your own Access Token in our Facebook plugin in order to display a feed. To get one, simply use the Facebook button on our plugin Settings page, or PHP Standalone users can use the handy tool here:

    Good news! It's now possible to display events from a Facebook page that you're an admin of. You just need a "Page" Access Token from your page: It's still not possible to display events from other people's pages, but we're hoping it will be soon.

    Due to a Facebook platform change, there's an issue with our Facebook plugin connecting to their API. We've released an update to fix the issue so please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version (Free: v2.6, Pro: v3.2.9). We apologize for the problem!

    We're still waiting to hear back from Facebook on our application to access the Events API, but in the meantime, if you need to display events then consider using the official Facebook "Page Plugin" widget. We have directions on how to use it here:
