The Western Pacific Region is home to almost 1.9 billion people across 37 countries and areas. WHO works with governments and partners across the Region to promote health, keep the world safe, and serve the vulnerable.

In consultation with Member States, partners and staff, WHO in the Western Pacific Region has developed a vision for the next five years. Together, we identified four priorities that must be addressed to reach our goal: making the WHO Western Pacific Region the healthiest and safest region.
