Teen Council
Join Teen Council!
Teen Council is a group of motivated and inspired teens who work collaboratively on creating a positive space in the museum. We create programs by teens, for teens. We are committed and excited to continue improving our events and the museum with the help of Teen Council. Still curious? Read about a former Teen Council member’s experience.
We meet once every week (on alternating Wednesdays or Thursdays) from 5:00 to 6:30 pm and discuss ways to engage teens in the community through art. We are responsible for planning bi-yearly teen nights and smaller TENs (Teen Experience Nights). We communicate and keep up with each other via a private Slack account. To be a member of Teen Council, you must be able to attend at least one meeting per month.
