Children & Families
We know that families come in all different shapes and sizes so we strive to create an environment in which all are welcome and included. We have a vibrant children’s ministry that offers our young ones the chance to learn about God and their own role in the world.
Youth
Our Youth Group offers teens in 7th to 12th grade the chance to connect with each other and build relationships that will hopefully last a lifetime. We offer our youth an engaging confirmation program, fun outings in and around the city, and the opportunity to hang out with each other as we build community and learn about God together.
Young Adults
We offer multiple opportunities a month for young adults to build community and explore their faith together, including Theology on Draft, semi-monthly brunches, bible studies, and other recurring monthly events.
Adult Faith Formation
We offer a number of faith formation experiences, from Pastor’s Pub to dozens of small groups, from podcasts to special speaker series.
Media & Digital Discipleship
We all encounter God in different ways. In an increasingly digital world, that includes videos, podcasts, and online media. Engage the Riverside community wherever you are through our original digital content.
Baptisms & Dedications
The Riverside Church practices both infant and adult baptisms, as well as offering infant dedications. Baptism is a mark of God’s grace and an outward sign of a decision to be claimed as a child of God. Dedication of infants is a public statement of parents who wish for their children to be raised in a nurturing church community.
