Beak 'Em Bucks Overview

Login to the myKU portal and select the “Finances” tab to recharge your KU Card Beak ‘Em Bucks accounts.

Beak ‘Em Bucks™ is a secure and convenient stored-value account that can be used on campus for photocopying, printing, laundry, KU Bookstore, and food purchases. It can also be used at some off-campus merchant locations, and for pizza delivery. Alcohol and tobacco purchases are prohibited.

The account is automatically set up for you when you receive your KU Card. The only thing you need to do is deposit money into the account, and you will want to do this in order to take advantage of discounts as they are offered, and to reduce the amount of cash and coins you need to carry.

There are three easy and convenient methods for adding money to your Beak ‘Em Bucks™ account.

If you add money to your account, it is assumed that you have read and agree to the refund policy, disclosure statement, and terms and conditions, which are available on this Website by selecting the quick link to "Policies & Procedures."

There are no refunds issued for Beak ‘Em Bucks™ deposits except in cases of withdrawal, transfer, or graduation from The University of Kansas. Money remaining in the account at the end of a semester will be available to you the following semester. Cash withdrawals from this account are not allowed.
