Ajay Chawla’s continuous support to V. Admiral Anup Singh and his Navy team even at printing was an extra mile which we rarely find anywhere else.
R B Kashyap, Stanley and his press team advanced the good work at pre-press and with inexhaustible patience. The feedbacks were listened to and resolved. The speed of work was amazing.
Really thankful to the team for putting extra hours and even working on holiday. Such committed teams seldom fail.
Finally KP’s team at Noida completed this project with their usual Midas touch. All the work on this book happening since last few years would have not been justified have it not bound well. Kapil’s team never disappoint with such projects.

Dear Mr. Jassawala,
One can easily find two words “Excellency and Expertise” in the dictionary.
Everyone wants to reach that level but very few reach there and most of them fail to reach that milestone. To be an expert one needs to be task oriented and perform with Excellency, leaving no margin of error.
Let me proudly say the Team Thomson had shown their Excellency and expertise on their work. Though the team performs every year but this year had been exceptionally well.

• Mr. Amit Mayer and Mr. Avdesh were always on top of the things keeping their eyes on each and every transaction which resulted the immediate solution. They are very quick on communication and solving the issues. Their dedication to work and follow up resulted the smoother transactions and helped me to work faster J.
• Thanks to Mr. Bijay and Mr. Ravinder (from dispatch) and complete production team who planned our titles and met the deadlines in a perfect manner.
• Everyone is happy with the quality of the books coming from Thomson. Thanks for that too.

If I talk about the schedule, it was like a XEROX machine as if Thomson team is just pressing the button and books are coming out quickly.

On behalf of the Elsevier Team, I would like to extend our appreciation for the superb work done in record time by the Thomson Press team in a highly sensitive project “Chintamai.” This was one of the biggest project for this year with lot of challenges like delayed and staggered inputs but we had to deliver on a very short notice as the revenues were on stake, your team took the challenge and worked endlessly against the odds to beat the deadlines and to make everyone happy.
