Open only for school groups and tours.
Reading Museum Opening Hours
Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 4pm
There is no admission fee, but we ask visitors for a suggested donation of £5 towards their visit
Closed: Sundays, Bank Holidays and Mondays (except during Berkshire February and October school half-terms).
Closed: Easter Bank Holiday weekend, and from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day.

Please be aware we have a lot of school groups using our galleries in term-time weekdays between 10am and 2.15pm, so if you wish to see a particularly gallery it may be advisable to visit outside these times or contact us in advance. The galleries are general quieter after 2.30pm.
