DALLAS (SMU) — Former President George W. Bush and Mrs. Laura W. Bush will participate in a groundbreaking ceremony on the future site of the George W. Bush Presidential Center at SMU today.
The Center, which will be completed in 2013, includes the George W. Bush Presidential Library and the George W. Bush Institute.
