CFAY Celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islanders Month

YOKOSUKA, Japan (NNS) -- Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and other Yokosuka-based commands gathered to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islanders Month, May 21.

The event featured presentations highlighting various Asian and Pacific locations, indigenous food, and a Pacific Island-inspired dance performance.

CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
