This will be my last post on this platform that gave me a place to show my work to the world for the last 7 years. As we all face the shutdown of our communities and personal pages by April 2nd 2019, I wanted to reach out and say thank you to all the people which participated in my journey here.
I met passionate, open minded and highly gifted people and received more positive feedback than I would ever imagine. Hundred sixty five thousand followers is no small number, and I appreciated every new one during the last years. Thank you to those who have been interacting, all your +1s and comments really meant a lot to me....

Times were changing, a new job and a growing family left little time to keep up the output in the quality and theme I envisioned for you to enjoy. Still, there is much to come and I would love to meet you again on Facebook and Instagram.

The Last Mountain Monday Post

This will be my last post on Google Plus, and I think it is only fitting that it also is on the last Mountain Monday here. Sadly, this is not an April Fool's joke. I've enjoyed my time here on G+, since day 2 of the beta, and I hope to see you in other places on the internet after G+ is gone. I think this photograph is an appropriate last post - it was my first one for Mountain Monday and it will be the last. Thanks again to everyone who participated in each of the approximately 394 #mountainmonday weeks over the past years. This doesn't have to be goodbye though - you can still find me on my website and a few other social media sites:
