P!nk Receives Sweet Homemade Grammy From Her Kids: 'My Favorite Kind of Award'
Although P!nk didn’t take home a Grammy at the 61st annual ceremony on Sunday (Feb. 10), she did receive an even better reward from her kids.
The singer-songwriter took to Instagram to post a sweet photo of her 7-year-old daughter, Willow, smiling as she held over her head an impressive foil-rendition of the classic golden gramophone bearing the words “Best Pop Vocal Album 2019 Grammy Awards ‘P!nk Beautiful Trauma.’”
The mother of two captioned the heartwarming photo: “Thanks Kids:) my favorite kind of award.”
P!nk also tweeted that she didn’t make it to the ceremony -- where she was nominated for best pop vocal album for her record Beautiful Trauma -- to care for her baby boy, Jameson, instead. “I think it’s kind of rad that I just lost my 20th Grammy nomination,” the singer wrote on the tweet. “I’m always honored to be included. Now to get this sick baby in the bathtub. Congrats to all the nominees! Have fun tonight.”
